Personal training sessions are scheduled on a monthly basis and invoiced at the end of each month.
One hour private training session: $125
Half hour private training session: $65
As a personal training client, you have private access to open gym workouts.

Group Training Membership
Joining our health-focused community gives you access to personal training at a lower price point. You'll benefit from a proven workout strategy, group nutrition challenges, and receive personal guidance from our expert coaches.
Group sessions are built around short bursts of constantly varied high intensity exercise combined with traditional strength training circuits. Sometimes lifting, sometimes jumping, sometimes slamming, sometimes spinning, sometimes rowing, sometimes boxing, mixed in with mobility, balance and stretching. Always fun. We offer a limited number of group training memberships to maintain the personal nature of our clients' experience. All inclusive membership: $240/month Includes group classes, private access to open gym workouts, and group nutrition coaching. All-inclusive members receive free guest passes for family members and friends. Limited membership: $200/month Includes group classes only. Before joining group classes, we require that new members sign up for an on-ramp program consisting of two private half-hour assessment sessions at a discounted price of $120 for both sessions. If you are referred by an existing client, the on-ramp sessions are free of charge. |
